Welcome to our Pet Care Plan. A great way to spread the cost of your pet’s treatments and give them the preventative healthcare they deserve.

There are great savings, and the cost of products and services included in the plan are split into convenient monthly Direct Debit payments.

It’s really easy to join and your pet can enjoy the benefits right away!

There is a membership fee, taken with the first Direct Debit payment.

Wellness Plan Monthly Cost

Feline Adult Plan $45.00 per month
Feline Kitten Plan w/ Spay $110.00 per month
Feline Kitten Plan w/ Neuter $103.00 per month

Canine Adult Plan $65.00 per month
Canine Puppy Plan w/ Spay $150.00 per month
Canine Puppy Plan w / Neuter $140.00 per month

All plans also have option for annual plan, so all 12 months can be paid at once in you prefer!

Annual Recommended Core Vaccinations w/ Annual Vaccine Exam
1 Fecal Exam
12 month supply of flea and tick prevention

Kitten Plans include:

Same as Adult Plan with additional recommended kitten booster vaccines
Additional Fecal Exam with Intestinal Deworming
Feline Felv/ FIV Test
Microchip
Spay or Neuter with Pre-Anesthesia Bloodwork

Services Included for Canine Adult Plan:

Annual Heartworm Antigen & Tick Borne Diseases Testing
1 Fecal Exam
12 month supply of flea, tick and heartworm prevention.

Puppy Plans include:

Same as Adult Plan with additional recommended puppy booster vaccines
Additional Fecal Exam with Intestinal Deworming
Microchip
Spay or Neuter with Pre-Anesthesia Bloodwork

*Exclusions may apply. Puppy and Kitten Plans cover routine surgical procedures only. All additional procedures or treatments required during procedure will be for additional cost and resposibility of owner at time of service.
